Recommendation for
Self-Care
The flow of life is not linear - Impulses for turbulent times
When engaging in inner process work, the path to healing is not linear but highly dynamic. During an intense phase of consciousness and values transformation, it is important to give space to every aspect that arises on this journey. The goal is to release oneself from old unfavorable or even destructive circumstances, systems, attachments, and agreements, and to lovingly and compassionately heal and integrate the parts that were traumatized or hurt in those moments.
It resembles a recalibration, where we gradually adjust our frequency. So far, our frequency may have been tuned to fear, (self)destruction, grief... yet now we have the opportunity to align it with higher vibrating levels of consciousness such as integrity, love, and peace.

Therefore, it's important to take precautions when thoughts start to spiral or external circumstances lead us into lower vibrational levels (see D. Hawkins' Scale of Consciousness). In my coaching, I refer to this as a self-care toolkit, which can be continuously stocked to be accessed at any time. I'll gradually fill this page with recommendations and tips. If you have further insights, I'd appreciate an email from you so we can expand the list: mail@clarachill.com
