A few words about me...

I was born in Berlin in 1987. Growing up as a highly sensitive person in a big city is perhaps akin to a fish trying to adapt to land. I often found myself in systems where life felt like a never-ending struggle. During my childhood and youth, I developed coping strategies to adapt and not stand out with my sensitivity. Constant inner tension led to the development of a range of psychosomatic symptoms at a young age, which I later healed in my own therapeutic processes.

At the same time, the feeling of not fitting in led me to music and songwriting, where I could somewhat transform my "world-pain". While I never seemed to fully follow along in the classroom, I developed hyperfocus when composing and could concentrate for hours - those were moments of deep connection, a kind of merging of sound, rhythm, and my soul.

Later, as a composer and during my music studies in Denmark, I delved into the topic of autism and developed various music therapy approaches in this context. Since then, I've worked as a consultant, supervisor, and expert in autism and high(neuro)sensitivity, advising families, educational professionals, and institutions.

Building on this, I decided to accompany highly(neuro)sensitive individuals on their career paths and completed numerous training sessions on neurodiversity as well as certified career coaching training at artop, an institute affiliated with Humboldt University Berlin. Since then, I've been particularly active as a career coach for individuals within the neurodivergent spectrum (AD(H)S, autism, and high sensitivity).

Today, I support my clients in creating a professional environment that truly meets their needs. Additionally, I advise on designing and optimizing their work and living spaces so that life energy can flow freely externally, thereby setting their internal processes in motion.
